The Canopic Jar of My Sins

A medieval morality play for latter-day postmodernists

Seating is Extremely limited! Reserve youR TICKET here.

Ralph Wiley, chemist, father, accidental inventor, awakens on the Great Pacific Garbage Patch to stand trial for “crimes against humanity”. The crime? The invention of polyvinylidene chloride, one of the earliest forms of plastic. The judge and jury? The Grand Tribunal of the Fifth Gyre, The Angel of Canopic Jars, The Roger Waters (yup THAT one), and The Gooney Revenant. Are culpability and guilt the same? Can we stop ourselves from carving the mountains flat? Can we avoid the tipping point?

Don’t miss this world premiere production from the playwright of An Outopia for Pigeons, Justin Maxwell.
